Kira’s K9 Rescue (KK9R) is a foster-based, non-profit organization located in North Phoenix, Arizona that provides shelter for abandoned, e-listed, and surrendered dogs in the preparation of finding them suitable and permanent homes; for however long that may take. KK9R networks with other rescues and advocates so we can share the information, resources, and tools that make happy endings possible.
