AZK9 is a local, 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.The mission of AZK9 is simple yet innovative; keeping people with their pets through outreach, education, and services.
We work to assist pet owners before their animal ever has to be surrendered to a shelter. If we can keep a pet with their family, we help reduce intake numbers, we help reduce euthanasia rates, and most importantly we prevent broken hearts. In times of hardship, the last thing people want to do is give up their beloved furry friend, but sometimes they simply do not know or have access to the resources available in our community and that is where we step in. After all, there is no place like home!
